operations. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed workforce transitions,
developed impactful employee programs. and led change communications and culture
workshops.
Her passion for people-centric leadership led her to focus on oncology, initially as the HR lead
for the Lymphoma Research Foundation and later as a key HR contributor at IMsci, where she
specialized in recruiting and developing top talent in medical education. She has held
executive management and HR leadership roles at major organizations, including WPP, Verizon,
Sothebys Institute of Art, The School of The New York Times, Columbia University, and the
Fashion Institute of Art.”
